Safety Patrols

Safety Patrols at Ridgecrest serve as leaders and role models on our school campus. They help maintain a safe campus during morning arrival and afternoon dismissal. They are assigned to various duty posts throughout the campus and on buses. Some of their assignments include monitoring hallways, assisting at the car circle, serving as bus patrols, assisting students in the media center before school, and walking younger children to dismissal points.

Ridgecrest takes pride in its safety patrols because we know they are responsible and motivated students who make positive choices. We appreciate their willingness to serve their fellow students. Our fifth grade safety patrols are an integral part of our efforts to promote the health and well-being of everyone on our campus, and we encourage any interested students to apply to be a safety patrol when the opportunity arises.
